Mobile Service
We are a mobile service in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Family life is busy so we come to you at a time that is convenient.
We understand that family life is busy. It can be hard to juggle the challenges of work, parenthood, extracurricular activities and therapy. This is why we offer a mobile service at a very reduced rate within our service areas. We come to you at a convenient time and in a convenient place.

School Based Therapy
We provide both school and home visits in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. If a visit at school from one of our clinicians suits best we’ll happily facilitate this.
Family time at home is important and we understand that sometimes there just isn’t enough time at home for therapy. This is why we also offer sessions at your child’s school or pre-school. Our mobile clinicians will organise an appropriate time with your child’s school or preschool to deliver the therapy. Practice for home is emailed to you after each session and our clinicians call regularly with progress updates.
Medicare & NDIS
We are registered service providers for both Medicare and NDIS clients. We accept Medicare CDM plans and we accept all NDIS plan management types.
Having passed our NDIS audit in late 2019 we are ready and registered to service NDIS clients no matter whether they are self, agency or plan managed. We also offer a number of different assessment options that satisfy the assessment criteria required for an NDIS application. Telehealth Therapy
If you live in a rural community or reside outside of our standard service area, and are interested in accessing our services, we offer therapy via our Telehealth service.
We have invested a lot of resources into developing our telehealth service model. Our telehealth services can be accessed anywhere in Australia. All you need is a stable and reliable internet connection and a device capable of sharing video e.g. an iPad or a laptop with a webcam. We appreciate that every person is unique and different, that’s why no two of our sessions are the same. Each session is uniquely tailored to your child’s needs.
Every child responds to therapy in a different way, so each of our sessions is uniquely designed to best suit each individual child’s needs and goals. Your involvement in our sessions is also encouraged. Including the people who are most important in our clients life as part of the therapy is one of the best ways to increase the chances of new skills being transferred to life outside of the therapy sessions.
